Origina Named Great Place To Work™ for Second Consecutive Year

Great Place To Work™ distinction recognizes organizations that create an outstanding employee experience and foster positive work environments. Because employee feedback and independent analysis determines the scores, certification helps job seekers identify which companies genuinely offer positive company cultures.

“It speaks volumes about the great people we have at Origina and how we are building something special,” says Origina HR Director Ross Lowe. “This is direct feedback from our employees about how they feel about the organization, our culture, their managers, and their colleagues.”

Responses illustrate strong corporate culture

An overwhelming majority of Origina employees — 94% — participated in the survey.

This feedback helps create practical suggestions to maintain and enhance our corporate culture in the future.  Actually, several of the numbers are higher than last year.

• 97% look forward to coming to work
• 98% say customers would rate the service we deliver as “excellent”
• 95% think excellent performance is recognized in the organization
• 96% believe the company is working to reduce its environmental impact
• 99% feel people are treated fairly here regardless of race, age, or sexual orientation
• Last, but certainly not least, 95% of Team Origina responded that “we are all in this together.”
