The picturesque Irish countryside once again played host to Origina Week, our annual company meeting at the Killashee Hotel in County Kildare. The four days included a mix of educational sessions, hands-on workshops, team-building exercises, and plenty of opportunities to network.
Our team heard inspirational stories about the National Football League’s Mr. Cowboy, Bob Lilly, brought to life by his son Mark, one of our esteemed global independent product experts, and a thought-provoking keynote address from Ruth Gotian, Ed.D., M.S., a specialist in mentorship and leadership development.
We were also delighted to welcome Irish swimmer Sarah Mortimer who swam the English Channel in 2021, executive coach and founder of Tilly.ie Val Quinn, and Bevin Mahon, co-owner and managing director of the Dental Tech Group and an ambassador for Going for Growth that supports female entrepreneurs.
Each of them brought their unique experiences on fostering a growth mindset and high-performance behaviors, offering simple and effective ways for the Origina team to embrace these traits every day.
