At Origina, we believe in the importance of building a workplace that truly values all employees and provides equal opportunities to succeed.
We’re a high-growth company in the early stages of our inclusion journey. We know we’re not perfect, but we also recognize that diversity and inclusion is about creating a positive experience for every employee experience along the way — regardless of gender, cultural background, sexual orientation, age, or ability.
To create and nurture an inclusive environment in which everyone feels that they belong, their opinion is valued, and they can bring their true selves to work every day.
An inclusive and diverse culture isn’t something that happens by chance. It’s something we all have to work on. We need to be conscious of any biases and move forward in a positive frame of mind. That’s when we can have a company in which we are all accepted, encouraged, and supported, as we build something special here at Origina.
Both Origina’s home office in Dublin and our U.S. headquarters in Plano, Texas, have received 2024 a Great Place To Work certification. In case you don’t know, Great Place To Work certification recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience and foster positive work environments. What makes it even better is that this designation is based on what our employees say about the company.
It’s important for all of us to bring our authentic selves to work every day. Our Great Place To Work results show just that. Take a look.

Striving for equity and inclusion is something I’m very passionate about. I am fortunate to have had so many positive female influences in my life — family, friends, colleagues, mentors, and most of all my amazing wife and daughter — all of whom have fueled my passion for fostering a more inclusive workplace. I am delighted to chair the Origina Inclusion Committee, a team of passionate individuals committed to driving positive change.

Launched in 2023, EmpowerHER brings together our colleagues throughout Origina to create a global network for our female employees to grow relationships and enhance interaction across the departments.
The mission of EmpowerHER is to foster an inclusive and empowering environment that supports the professional growth and well-being of women within our organization. Through advocacy, education, and community, we aim to create opportunities for women to thrive, break barriers, and achieve their fullest potential. We are dedicated to cultivating a culture of equality, respect, and collaboration, where every woman feels united and inspired.
Inclusivity to me means belonging. This means that everyone in the company has a voice, and that their voice is heard. As a member of the Origina DEI committee, my aim is to listen to everyone across the organization and make it a better place to work and indeed to belong.
We proudly celebrate the LGBTQ+ community at Origina. We’re honored to be allies and advocates — especially when it comes to LGBTQ+ members in tech — not just during Pride Month, but throughout the year.
Along with partnering with Belong To LGBTQ+ Youth Ireland, we continue to hold workshops on allyship and how to build an inclusive workplace, and hosted Moninne Griffith, a pioneer at the forefront of the Irish equality campaign, for a fireside chat. Origina team members ran in the Dublin Pride 5K and marched in the Dallas Pride Parade.
I believe that diversity is not just about representation. It’s about ensuring that every individual’s unique perspective and voice are valued and heard. I hope to accomplish a workplace culture where differences are celebrated, and diversity becomes one of our greatest strengths.
